Timeline questions buyers ask us

Can production start before sample approval?

Only for the materials with confirmed specs — fabric, foam and frame components. Cutting and assembly start only after you seal the sample. We overlap what’s safe and lock what isn’t.

What if I need it faster than 60 days?

Tell us your target date in the RFQ. Depending on fabric stock and production slot, we can compress the window — and we’ll show the cost of compression before you commit.

What happens if a milestone slips?

You get a recovery plan with a new date and a compensation option within 48 hours. No silence, no excuses — a plan.

Do you reserve container space in advance?

For confirmed programs, yes — container slots and loading dates are coordinated with the forwarder during production, not after.

Can I visit the factory during production?

Yes — or send an inspector. Our showroom and floor are open to buyers and third-party inspectors; we’ll arrange the visit around the production schedule.
